Where is my order?

You can track your order in real-time through the 'My Orders' section in the Ladagx app. If your order is delayed, you can directly contact your Delivery Partner.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before the restaurant accepts them. Go to your active order and tap 'Cancel'. Once accepted, cancellations may incur a fee.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize. Please go to your order history, select the order, and tap 'Help'. Upload a photo of the received items to claim a refund.

How do I apply a promo code?

You can apply a promo code at the checkout page before making the payment. Tap on 'Apply Coupon' to see available offers.
